I was born in the Loire Valley in France and moved to Dublin in 2004. I have an insatiable appetite for all things food related. I love cooking, eating out, reading about food, writing about food and studying food.
I ran the multi-award winning food blog French Foodie in Dublin from 2012 to 2021 and started running food events in 2013.
I completed the 12 week certificate course in Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2015 and founded Delicious Dublin Tours on my return. I am proud to have introduced thousands of people from all over the world to Irish food and Dublin’s food scene over the years. I was honoured to be one of the 21 Fáilte Ireland’s food champions from 2016 to 2019 and in 2022 I was shortlisted for the ‘Local Food Hero’ category for Dublin at the Irish Restaurant Association Awards.
In recent years I have co-authored a number of travel guide books about Ireland by leading French publishing companies such as Hachette and Gallimard.
I graduated from a Masters in Gastronomy and Food Studies in 2019.
I have been featured in many national and international publications as well as radio and TV. You can read about my work here and contact me here.
